A routine meeting of the Raintree Condominium Association was held on the 20th of September, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Condominium Clubhouse. Attendance at the meeting was good, with many residents in attendance. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Thompson, the President.

The minutes from were read and confirmed. Briefly, there was a recent renovation plans and how it will affect residents.

• Concerns were raised about the amount of disruption caused by the project.
• A motion was made and seconded|The board voted on a timeline for, with an estimated completion date late summer.
• Further discussion was held about installing a new security system.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 PM. Next month's meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of November.

Proposed Raintree Condominium Bylaw Amendments

The Raintree Condominium Association has proposed some amendments to the existing bylaws. These changes intend to update several aspects of condominium management. Some among these proposed amendments are: alterations to the pet policy, changes to parking regulations, and the revised section on noise issues. A formal proposal outlining these amendments has been made available to all residents soon, along with the schedule for upcoming meetings where residents can share their opinions.

Raintree Condo Exterior Enhancement Project Report

Greetings residents! This short update provides information regarding the ongoing facade improvement project at Raintree Condo. The main focus of this project is to upgrade the aesthetic appeal and overall resilience of our building. As of today, significant progress has been made on several phases.

• The Team are currently working diligently on the setup of new plants around the property, which is anticipated to greatly improve curb appeal.
• Also, the fresh coat of siding is progressing well, and we anticipate finishing touches within the next several weeks.
• We encourage residents to exercise caution in the project area and to follow all posted safety guidelines . Your understanding is greatly appreciated as we work towards completing this exciting project.
